Booking Process for Weddings & Elopements
The Inquiry
Fill out the contact form and I’ll get back to you within a few hours. I’ll check if I have your date available and if so we’ll schedule a consultation.
The Consultation
The consultation is just a fancy way of saying let’s get to know each other! It’s important our personalities align and my style of photography suits your needs, so we’ll discuss everything and decide if you want to proceed. Can be done either via phone or, if you’re local to Bristol, in person - you decide.
The Booking
If you decide you want to go ahead and book me, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for the deposit. Once both are received I’ll put your date in my calendar and make it concrete.
The Buildup
Once you’ve booked it might be a while until your wedding, but we’ll keep in touch. I’m here to help so any questions, no matter how small, reach out! If you’ve booked a pre-wedding shoot, I’ll be seeing you there.
The Questionnaire
Two months before your wedding day I will send you a detailed questionnaire, as by this time most of the finer details will be decided. Once you return this to me we’ll schedule a final consultation to go over in detail the timeline of the day and anything else photography related!
The Wedding Day
Your big day is finally here! Everything has been taken into consideration so all you have to worry about is enjoying one of the best days of your life!

My style is inspired by a natural, editorial look combined with photojournalist elements. I love capturing the raw, genuine emotions and moments of your special day, and my aim is to go as unnoticed as possible! Outside of the portrait sessions, I try and let as many natural moments happen.

Expect to receive between 400-600 photographs for a full wedding day and between 100-300 for an elopement and 20+ photos from an engagement session

You can expect to receive all your photographs within 6 weeks of the day of your wedding. For engagement or couples’ shoots, expect to receive your photographs within two weeks of the day of your photoshoot.

Yes - It’s important that we are on the same page. If you’re able to meet up in McCall for a coffee, perfect! If not, we can chat online. If you are nervous about having your photograph taken, I recommend booking an engagement session with me as it’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera.

I shoot digitally for its convenience and the freedom it grants me with the number of photographs I take at your wedding. However, my editing style is strongly influenced by film as I love the warmth and nostalgia film provides. I have put a lot of time and effort into making my post processing workflow result in all my photographs having an authentic film aesthetic.

I'm based in McCall, Idaho, but am happy to travel anywhere in the world for your wedding or elopement. For weddings more than 50 miles from McCall, there will be a reasonable travel fee charge based on distance and expenses involved.

To book me, you need to fill out a contract and pay a 30% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your date. Get in touch for availability.

Yes, I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance. I have backup cameras, lenses, memory cards and batteries. You can rest assured that I'm prepared for any situation.
